# Предоставление доступа сотруднику

Для того, чтобы сотрудник мог пользоваться программой ему необходимо предоставить доступ.

#### Предоставление доступа:

1. Откройте страницу работника. Используйте боковое меню: \
   **Сотрудники** → **Все сотрудники** → **Строка работника**
2. На странице работника нажмите кнопку "Управление доступом".

3. Нажмите кнопку "Создать пароль"

4. Сообщите сгенерированный пароль работнику, а также его логин для входа

При каждом нажатии кнопки "Создать пароль" происходит генерация нового пароля. Старый пароль в этот момент сбрасывается и вход по старому паролю более невозможен. Для доступа сотрудника к программе обязательно сообщите ему новый пароль!

#### Также можно сгенерировать одноразовую ссылку работнику для входа

1. Для генерации одноразовой ссылки нажмите кнопку "Ссылка для входа". Созданная ссылка будет автоматически скопирована в буфер обмена.

Ссылка для входа действует **60** минут.
