# Удаление пользователей

Удаление сотрудника удалит профиль работника из программы и связанные с ним данные. Если вы хотите сохранить данные о том, что передавалось этому сотруднику, как он использовал инструменты и т.п. не удаляйте профиль сотрудника, а [заблокируйте ему доступ](/funkcii/upravlenie-dostupom-sotrudnikov/blokirovka-dostupa-sotrudniku.md).

Программа не позволит удалить профиль сотрудника, если он является ответственным за инструмент, локацию или если у него в данный момент находятся какие либо инструменты.

Перед удалением профиля сотрудника выполните передачу всех находящихся у него инструментов другим работникам.

Чтобы удалить профиль сотрудника:

1. Откройте профиль работника.
2. Нажмите кнопку "Удалить"
3. Подтвердите удаление.
